For over 20 years, Mr. Penland has taught Attorney Fee Law to hundreds of lawyers at the annual Abusive Litigation seminar for lawyers sponsored by the Georgia Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Penland has deep knowledge and experience counselling and litigating not only O.C.G.A. §13-6-11, the general Georgia rule for attorney fee shifting in legal cases, but also the Abusive Litigation statutes of O.C.G.A. §9-15-14 and §51-7-80.
